Account Creation & Security
To create an account on lbajee, users must be at least 18 years of age and be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete — submitting false information may result in immediate account termination. Each person may only hold one account; any duplicate accounts will be closed. It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their password and login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone. If you suspect any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately so action can be taken without delay. lbajee conducts an account verification process and may request a national ID card or other supporting documents when necessary.
It is the user's responsibility to manage the mobile number or email address used during account registration. All account-related notifications and updates will be sent to the contact details provided at the time of registration.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must access and use the lbajee platform for lawful purposes and in good faith at all times. Fraudulent activity, hacking, the use of bots, or any attempt to exploit the system unfairly is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access to another user's account or any attempt to steal their information is not permitted, and such actions will be subject to legal consequences. Using lbajee's services for money laundering or any illegal transactions is a serious violation, and we reserve the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities. Users are responsible for staying aware of their own betting and gaming limits and engaging with the platform responsibly. All financial transactions on lbajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and we support a range of popular mobile banking methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes, though minor delays may occasionally occur due to verification processes. Withdrawal requests may take up to 72 hours to process, and withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete. Users must make payments using a method registered in their own name — the use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. If suspicious payment activity is detected, lbajee reserves the right to temporarily hold the transaction and request additional verification. If a technical error results in an incorrect amount being credited or debited, lbajee reserves the right to correct the error. Any transaction-related complaints must be reported to our support team within 48 hours.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Lbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account, particularly where a user has breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. Users will be notified of account closure via email or in-app notification, and any valid balance will be arranged for return. Users may also request to close their own account at any time; however, any outstanding bets or unfulfilled bonus conditions will be settled in accordance with the relevant policies. lbajee may update or amend these Terms at any time to improve its services or meet regulatory requirements. Any updated Terms will be published on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect, giving users time to stay informed. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved before the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
